2. Agent Eligibility

• Maintain valid professional credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age

3. Platform Usage

As a Domihive agent, you agree to:

• Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
• Provide accurate property information
• Maintain professional conduct in all communications
• Not engage in spam or unsolicited marketing
• Keep your account credentials secure

4. Commission and Fees

Domihive charges a commission on successful property transactions facilitated through the platform. The current commission structure is available in your agent dashboard. By using the platform, you agree to these fees.

5. Content and Listings

You retain ownership of your listing content, but grant Domihive a license to display this content on our platform. You warrant that all listings are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe on third-party rights.

6. Termination

Domihive reserves the right to suspend or terminate your agent account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at your request.

7. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Limitation of Liability

Domihive provides the platform as-is and is not liable for disputes between agents and clients, or for any losses arising from platform use.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
