User Agreement
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on Domihive, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the Platform.
2. Use of the Platform
Domihive connects users with verified real estate agents and property listings. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes.
3. Account Responsibility
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating your account
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login details
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Property Requests & Matching
- You may submit property requests based on your preferences
- Domihive will match you with relevant listings and agents
- Property availability is subject to agent confirmation
Domihive does not guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.
5. Communication Policy
All initial communication with agents must occur within the platform. Sharing personal contact details prematurely is discouraged for safety reasons.
6. Inspection Policy
6.1 Booking & Payment
- All inspections must be booked through the platform
- Inspection fees must be paid via Domihive only
6.2 Inspection Fee Structure
- A portion of every inspection fee paid is retained by Domihive as a platform service charge
- The remaining portion is allocated to the agent handling the inspection
6.3 Important Notice
- Payments made outside the platform are not protected
- Domihive is not responsible for any issues arising from off-platform payments
7. Safety During Inspection
By using Domihive, you agree to:
- Use in-app navigation and tracking features
- Confirm meet-ups through the platform
- Follow all safety guidelines provided
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Harass or abuse agents or other users
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
9. Limitation of Liability
Domihive is not responsible for:
- Accuracy of property listings provided by agents
- Outcomes of property transactions
- Disputes between users and agents
10. Privacy & Security
- Your data is protected within the platform
- Communication is monitored for safety and transparency
11. Account Suspension
Domihive reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
